The Study

Subjects completed two trials, in random order, separated by ~ one-week: 1) workout only, 2) same workout with Super Pump 250. During the Super Pump 250 trial, subjects ingested one serving of the supplement 30-minutes before starting the workout. During the placebo trial, subjects drank water. The workout consisted of 10 sets: 5 sets for the biceps and 5 sets for the triceps. All weights, reps and rest periods were tightly controlled and kept the same from one trial to the next. That way, any differences seen would be due to the supplement. Changes in lean mass (muscle) and body fat were measured with “gold standard” and one of the most sensitive tools available: dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA).

Interpretation of Study

Placebo (workout only): a 3.5% increase in estimated lean mass of the arms.

Super Pump250 (workout + supplement): a 9% increase in estimated lean mass of the arms. In other words, when the same subjects did the exact same workout (same weights, sets, and reps) but simply took 1 serving of SuperPump 30 minutes beforehand, they gained 2 and a half times more muscle in their arms! One subject even gained 5-times more muscle!

Taken as part of a proper exercise program and a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates,Super Pump 250 may help individuals reach their aesthetic, strength and energy goals. Individual results may vary according to genetic disposition and body weight. Consume a minimum of approximately 1 gallon of water a day. Most individuals will begin to feel its mental focus, energy and super pump effects within 15 minutes of ingestion; others within 15-45 minutes of ingestion. 2 of 5 Only orange SP250 February 10, 2012

Don't order the SP250 cuz all they have is the orange. I ordered the blue razz, which they had advertised in stock at the time. I got orange. Yea I know, gross. I know that Gaspari doesn't make SP250 anymore, but Arnold Supplements could at least not advertise the other flavors and make me waste my money.
