Tastes great. I tried a sample pack that I received with my last order. However, my allegiance is to Optimum Nutrition protein. I've been using Optimum since my first days in the gym and I can;t argue with the results. Overall I'd review Muscle Milk as a 4 out of 5 since it tastes good and is low in carbs.

I've tried Prolab Whey...I've tried Optimum NUtrition, Isopure, you name it. This stuff is the best tasting by far. I would say BSN Syntha-6 a close 2nd. 2 shakes a day. I use water so I keep the cost per shake down. Why don;t they make a muscle milk in strawberry though?
