I tried this vitamin back in 2011, after 3 months, I had new growth in 3 spots where I didn't realize I had lost hair. I was not able to continue after that due to finances but I have started taking it again and there are a couple new small patches of growth. The most of my loss is on top, I have not really grown any back there which is upsetting my bangs thickened a bit but you can still tell that they use to be thicker. I would recommend this vitamin because it really does work, just not as much as I had hoped for.
