I still had cramps for the first day of my cycle, but not the second or third like normal.  I'm only my second month, so I am hoping it will continue to get better as I take them.  Plus, I only spotted on the first day of my cycle.  A bit unusual.  I'm not sure it's a direct correlation to YCramp.  We'll see as I enjoy taking them mostly because they help balance out my hormonal mood swings.

This product helps my cramping, but does not stop the cramping for me, but I believe I have endometriosis.  One bigger thing I have noticed using this product is more than it helping my pain, it has really helped with heavy bleeding.  But it is labeled as stopping cramps and it has failed to do that for me, which is why I gave it three stars.
