After 2 years out of the gym (i know, i know)...I'm finally putting back some size. I think the V12 is helping me to put on the size and pumping up my energy levels. I also like the BSN NoXplode but it makes me a little too hiper in the gym. I sometimes cut back on the servng size. I may do another cycle of V12 since it's doing the job.
