I originally ordered the product Oct 17, 2012.  By Oct 20 I had not received it, so I called toll free.  I was dealt with most courteously, and told a replacement order would be shipped, to arrive in 2-3 days.  As of today I have still not received the order.  Mind you, NY has been paralized by Hurricane Sandy, so I shall remain patient.  If the order does not arrive within a few days, I will cancel it altogether, and will not pay for it.
