I love this product. I do this in collaboration with a diet and excercise program and have had over 20lbs of success so far. The key to using this product is to eat small meals regularly. Drink a lot of water and avoid caffeinated beverages. I only take one pill in the am after a small breakfast and I’m not hungry most of the day. I do eat small meals to keep from getting the jitters.
